Pastor Finny Parayil is the founding President and Pastor of IPC Kolkata Christian Assembly. And he is also serving as the State Secretary of IPC West Bengal State under the General Council of India Pentecostal Church of God, the largest Indigenous Pentecostal Movement in India, established in 1923. And also he is giving leadership for IPC as the Centre Pastor of IPC Kolkata North Centre.
Pastor Finny Parayil was born in Kerala as the son of Pastor Thomas Abraham, a senior Pastor of India Pentecostal Church of God and Mrs. Mariamma Thomas. After his secular education he has completed his Bachelor of Theology from India Bible College & Seminary, Kumbanad, Kerala. He has done his Master of Divinity from Acts Academy of Higher Education, Koramangala, Bangalore.
Pastor Finny has been active in Christian Ministry since 1994 and is doing Pastoral ministry since the year 2000. In the year 2007 he became ordained minister of India Pentecostal Church of God. He has ministered in the following local Churches of IPC – ‘IPC Keezhoor’ in Vaikom Center, ‘IPC Valakom’ & ‘IPC Kayanad’ in Valakom Center and IPC Kolkata Prayer Center under IPC Kolkata Zone. He has a vision to see God’s will being fulfilled through effective ministry. He knows the importance of restoring people, saving souls and giving people purpose and direction in their lives.
His wife Sajini Finny is the daughter of Late Pr. K.C Jacob & Mrs. Sisily Jacob, Kochupurackal, Jellipara, Agali P.O., Attappadi and has two children, elder son Abraham Finny and younger son Aaron Finny.
